With over 30 years experience of supplying the trade Tokonoma can offer you a premiere service. We cover the length and breathe of the country servicing garden centres, shops and super markets. Every month our sales team visit each outlet to check each display is fresh and inviting. Stock levels are replenished and any existing trees are routinely pruned or exchanged. Ceramic pots, tools, compost, fertilizer and all other sundries are topped up including the all important free care sheet given away with every tree. This visit also gives us the opportunity to answer questions relating to the care of the bonsai and advise your staff of any special promotions on offer that particular month. For example, early spring is the re-potting period and therefore customer's trees can be taken back to the nursery for a routine health check of their roots.

The frequency of the visits can be increased depending on demand, especially leading up to Christmas when we can ensure a daily delivery of trees. Display stands can be custom built to suit the area where you want to show your trees. This can be a stand to hold both trees and accessories together or as two separate displays. The design is space saving yet appealing and can be colour co-ordinated to suit you. To assist your staff we offer individual training at Tokonoma, this can be one day or longer depending on requirements.
